Testimonials

Straight from the source – no edits, no fluff.

I'm immensely grateful to have wonderful leaders and supportive group members who uplifted me, gave me lots of love and encouragement and allowing me to voice out my vulnerabilities without judgement. I was always looking forward to every Saturday morning to meet my group. I remembered leaving each session brimming with good vibes.

Kartini Lim

I’ve benefited so much from the teachings, grown as a person, improved on my well-being and most importantly, gained the awareness to recognise my patterns and behaviour - which is a crucial first step.

Kimberly Goh

Phenomenal experience. I learned so many real-life strategies to improve my well being that I could implement the very next day. I swear this journey saved me post Covid! I highly, highly recommend this to anyone and everyone who is interested in improving or learning more about their well being.

Nina Hall

WBC has helped me greatly. I had many insights from my group members' sharing which helped me gained clarity on my purpose and also my priority in life which is happiness. Their sharing also gradually shaped the way I see and do things in a way that is beneficial for me. The WBC content helped me put many of my past experiences into perspective which helped me to feel more grounded as the sessions progressed.

Eleanor Fong

I came into this looking at how I can do more in mental health field and I see how we can contribute towards our community together. Wellbeing Circles really brought strangers together in a safe space! Kudos to the team and our leaders!

Patricia

It was an enjoyable 4 months and I'm grateful for the opportunity to interact, learn with and from different people. I think I've grown quite a bit and would continue to learn and explore with what I have learned :)

May Quek

WBC allowed me to be a part of a large scale community effort to share my struggles and be an advocate for mental health and meet like minded people

Sufyan Tsuri Bin Chik Latif

Learnt so, so much I have truly transformed. I am so much more stable and confident, things that used to trouble me a lot don't faze me as much anymore. I believe in my inherent worth and goodness now instead of always depending on others for affirmation. I can't express how much this has helped me and can't thank you enough. It's been life-changing.

Wong Pei Si

Super well managed program. Program coordinators/managers kept us well informed so we know what to do. I felt that overall I have made friends and overall I learnt to be a kinder person.

Gavin

WBC is a great program that uses evidence-based practices to equip people with the skills to move towards mental wellness! What’s more important is the community that is formed. The groups have such great wisdom from different life experiences to go around. No two groups are the same, and thats what makes this experience amazing!

Goh Jian Kai

I was there to grow my learning on understanding myself and people better and I pretty much nailed it. The course's topics are well organised in a way to allow slow but easy understanding from the inner point of view all the way to associating with the outer side.

Roy Lim

Being a leader instilled my sense of responsibility to go over the wellbeing handbook in preparation of sessions. I enjoyed leveraging additional resources/ personal contexts to deepen points of discussion in book.

Stefan Choo

Self-improvement is ‘important’ for my sense of well-being, good health and fulfilling relationships. I achieve this objectively because I have a purpose and meaning for my life, hence sparks my ‘interest’. I invest ‘time and effort’ on knowledge and communication strategy that harness my ‘energy and enthusiasm’ for life. All of these sum up my passion that benefits me and other domains of my life.
